Session agreement.
The short version of what you agree to when you reserve a session online. Weddings and events receive a separate custom contract.
Retainer
The deposit paid at booking is a non-refundable retainer. It reserves your date and time so we turn away other clients for that slot. It is applied toward your session total.
Balance
Any remaining balance is due before or at the start of your session. Mini sessions are paid in full at booking.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice, and your retainer moves to the new date. Weather-related reschedules for outdoor sessions do not count toward this limit. Reschedules within 72 hours, or no-shows, forfeit the retainer.
Late arrival
Sessions start and end on time. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened so the next client isn't affected.
Delivery
Retouched images are delivered in an online gallery within 7 days for portrait sessions, or 72 hours with rush delivery.
Photo use
You receive a personal-use license to print and share your images. Branding sessions include a commercial license. When you book, you choose whether we may share selected images in our portfolio and social media, or keep them private. Boudoir images are never shared without separate written permission.
Our commitment
If we must cancel because of illness or emergency, we'll reschedule at your convenience or refund your payment in full.
